The Sorrento Food Bank serves this whole area of the South Shuswap. As a church, we contribute financially each month and you are always welcome to bring food donations to the church on Sundays or you can drop them right off at the Food Bank on Wednesday mornings. From time to time volunteers are needed to help out especially for the annual Fall Food Drive to adopt a neighbourhood.
The Sorrento Food Bank welcomes donations of all non-perishable goods:
- Canned food
- Dry food
- Pet food
- Toiletries
- Cleaning supplies

Thanksgiving Food Drive help is needed:
picking up the collection bags from the food bank on Sept 15th: delivering the collection bags to the houses on your assigned/selected routes a few days prior to the food drive and then picking up the filled bags and bringing them back to the food bank the morning of the 25th
